You can register on idax either with an email or mobile number.
How to register by email address? #

- Go to idax.exchange and click [Register].
- On the registration page, enter your email address, create a password for your account, and enter the Referral ID (if any).
- Click [Create Account].
Note: Your password must be a combination of numbers and letters. It should contain at least 8 characters, one UPPER CASE letter, and one number. If you’ve been referred to register on idax , make sure to fill in the correct Referral ID here.
Complete the Security Verification
- The system will send a verification code to your email.
- Please enter the 6-digit verification code within 30 minutes.
- If you can’t find the email in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder as well, or click [Resend Email – Need to wait 90 seconds for new code] to resend.
- Once you enter the verification code, your account will be verified which means you have successfully registered on idax .
How to register with mobile number? #
- Go to idax.exchange and click [Register].
- Click [Phone Number] and enter the valid Mobile Number and password for your account, and the Referral ID (if any).
- Click [Create Account].

Complete the Security Verification
- The system will send an SMS verification code to your mobile phone.
- Please enter the 6-digit verification code within 30 minutes.
- If you did not receive it, click [Resend – Need to wait 90 seconds for new code].
- Once you enter the verification code, your account will be verified which means you have successfully registered on idax
Note: To enhance your account security, click [Profile] to enable two-factor authentication (2FA), including phone verification and Google verification.
