CZ and President Japarov have maintained a high-level working relationship since 2024, which previously contributed to initiatives such as a national stablecoin project and plans for a strategic crypto reserve.
Analysts note CZ has become increasingly active in engaging with national leaders, including those from Kazakhstan, Pakistan, and the El Salvador, signaling crypto’s growing geopolitical role.
