Jensen Huang recently made headlines when he said that Nvidia’s total revenue from new chips will reach at least $1 trillion by 2027.
The prediction is based on growing demand for the company’s next-generation Blackwell and Vera Rubin chips.
Furthermore, despite concerns that the AI industry is “overhyped,” Huang stressed that “demand for Nvidia chips is still explosive.” He noted that this demand is not limited to data centers, but is also rapidly expanding into new markets such as humanoid robots, robo-taxis, and even AI infrastructure in space.
Following the announcement, several Wall Street financial institutions raised their price forecasts for Nvidia’s stock, indicating that the market is growing confidence in the long-term growth of AI.
