Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) recently joked in an interview that Elon Musk might actually be an alien.
He described Musk’s extraordinary work ethic and futuristic vision as “not of this world”, adding that his ambitions to colonize Mars and develop interplanetary technology could even be “a plan to return to his home planet” .
Interestingly, Elon Musk himself has also jokingly referred to himself as an alien multiple times online.
This internet joke first became popular in the 2010’s and gradually escalated into a conspiracy theory that some people eventually started believing was real.
